This Channel is owned and operated by GoTV Networks, Inc. (“GoTV”, “we” or “us”). By using the services offered on or through this channel, you are agreeing to the privacy policy listed below (“Privacy Policy”). GoTV may, in our sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and you agree to be bound by these modifications and revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third party rights or benefits.

GoTV respects the privacy of all Channel users and the importance of the information you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy describes how GoTV treats personal information when you use the Channel including information provided when you register for the channel.

Information We May Collect

  1. GoTV may collect information you provide at registration or during use of the Channel such as your legal name, email address, user name and password that can identify you (“Personal Information”) and protect your account from unauthorized access. The information collected may be for us, business partners and/or other carefully screened third parties. We may combine the Personal Information that we receive from different sources.
  2. We also may collect other types of information in the following ways when you use the Channel:
    1. Our server logs automatically collect information, such as the date and time of your use, your IP address, handset model, carrier, browser, language and the frequency and size of data transfers all of which helps us provide this service, track usage understand trends.
    2. We may assign cookies, web beacons, tags or other similar digital code to the device(s) you use to access the Channel in order to collect additional user information. This will help us facilitate your access to the Channel, track your Channel experience and customize the Channel services and advertisements.
  3. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose (e.g., User Submission descriptions) may be collected and used by others.
  4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we ever do so, we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

Information Others May Collect

  1. We may allow third-party advertising companies or ad networks to display advertisements on the Channel. We do not provide any personal information to these companies. They may also use tracking tools, such as cookies, web beacons, tags or other similar digital code to collect information about your use of the Channel and your viewing or interaction with their advertisements.
  2. Any images, video, text and audio files that you submit to the Channel may be viewed by other Channel users or may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and
  3. If you post information about yourself or others, or communicate with others using the Channel, we cannot control who reads your postings or what they do with the information you provide. We encourage you to use caution in posting personal information.

How We May Use Collected Information

We may use information in one or more of the following ways:

  1. Customize the advertising you see on the Channel;
  2. Facilitate use of the Channel;
  3. Facilitate use of text messages with us or GoTV approved third parties;
  4. Manage your account and your preferences;
  5. Analyze use of and improve the Channel;
  6. Fulfill your requests for products and services;
  7. Identify and protect against fraudulent use and transactions; and
  8. Enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your email address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. We may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major the Channel changes or for customer service purposes).

With Whom Who We May Share Information

We will not share your personal information except as indicated below, or except when we inform you in advance and give you the opportunity to opt out. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers or business partners performing services on our behalf;
  • Other GoTV businesses;
  • Companies with which we partner or which we carefully select to offer you products, services, and promotions through the Channel; and
  • Other third parties in limited circumstances, such as complying with legal requirements, preventing fraud, and protecting the safety of our users.

We may share aggregated, non-personal information in any of the above situations and also with advertisers and others.

The Channel User Options

  1. You may choose not to register for Channel service which will result in your inability to use the Channel and access User Submissions from other users;
  2. You may choose to opt out of promotional emails or newsletters from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such communication;
  3. To delete or decline cookies by changing your browser settings, although if you do so, some of the features or services of the Channel may not function properly;
  4. To review and update your personal information by logging onto your account.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and services. If we make material changes in the way we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will prominently post notice of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
